  • It’s a real Festive Friday tomorrow!

    PTA Non uniform day

    For a £1 donation your child can come to school in non uniform. Christmas is the theme however don’t panic, normal clothes are fine.

    Christmas Lunch.

    Don’t worry about making a packed lunch tomorrow. Your child can select a Yummy Christmas lunch with all the trimmings in class registration in the morning.

    This week children have been making their Christmas hats.  Jodie and her team have been wrapping those pigs in blankets, prepping the veg and decorating puddings. It’s going to be lots of Christmas fun.

    For children in KS2 Payment for the Christmas lunch (£2.25) is via Scopay. Children in Reception and KS1 your school meals are free.

    Surprise Visitor

    In the afternoon the children will be visited by a special someone, with thanks to the PTA for making this happen.

    Reindeer Food

    After School on Friday (tomorrow), some students from the village college will be selling reindeer food in the front playground for £1 each as part of their charities day.

    We need your help – urgently! You may have come across a fundraising website www.easyfundraising.org.uk that will donate money to schools every time you shop online, it doesn’t cost you a penny but Swavesey Primary School will receive donations from nearly 3000 retailers including Amazon, John Lewis, Argos, Tesco, Apple etc.every time you shop. The retailers will give a percentage of what you spend to Swavesey Primary School.   • Swavesey Primary and Linton Heights take the trophies again

    On Tuesday 28th November, 80 children from Year 3-6 competed in the ‘LARGE’ School Sports Partnership Cross Country Competition, at Wimpole Hall Estate, with smaller schools competing in March. This allowed extra schools to enter this year making a finals competition unnecessary.
